On 3rd December, Patinter took part in the seminar "Working with Difference”, an initiative organised by CLDS4G Mangualde in partnership with the Parents-in-Network Association – Mangualde branch.
Our participation involved a heartfelt testimony from Fernando Neves and Sónia Oliveira, the coordinators of our integration programme for employees and trainees with disabilities. They shared Patinter’s experience as an inclusive employer, committed to fostering diversity in the workplace.
Held as part of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the event aimed to raise awareness among local businesses, institutions and the wider community about the challenges surrounding the low employment rate of people with disabilities in the region, while encouraging their recruitment and inclusion.
