Responsibilities:
- Support general administrative activities of the company;
- Manage documents and filing systems;
- Handle phone calls and liaise with clients and suppliers;
- Prepare reports and organise documents;
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles (minimum of 2 years);
- Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Sense of responsibility and punctuality;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of English and French will be valued.
