Administrative Assistant

Location: Patinter - Mangualde

Responsibilities:

  • Support general administrative activities of the company;
  • Manage documents and filing systems;
  • Handle phone calls and liaise with clients and suppliers;
  • Prepare reports and organise documents;
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles (minimum of 2 years);
  • Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Sense of responsibility and punctuality;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of English and French will be valued.
