Patinter strengthens ties with culture through "Readings with Chorus"

Patinter reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the performing arts by hosting the Amarelo Silvestre Association at its premises on 18 July. This event marked a significant step in the partnership between the two organisations through the "Readings with Chorus" activity.

The "Readings with Chorus" initiative by Amarelo Silvestre aims to revitalise the practice of reading aloud, fostering social interaction and cultural engagement among participants. This activity is aimed at various communities, organisations, and companies in the municipality of Nelas, with the goal of instilling a love for theatre and reading. Recognising the importance of culture in the workplace, Patinter embraced this opportunity to provide an enriching experience for its employees.

During the event, employees from different departments came together to participate in the readings, creating an environment of sharing and learning that goes beyond daily work routines. Patinter believes that cultural initiatives like this not only enrich the lives of its employees but also help to strengthen interpersonal relationships, increase motivation, and promote a healthy and collaborative work environment.

Patinter remains committed to social and cultural responsibility, investing in partnerships and initiatives that benefit both its employees and the community. This event is a clear example of how the company seeks to promote culture and well-being in the workplace.

Daniela Santos, Communications Director, stated: "This event was an excellent opportunity to promote culture and social interaction among our employees. At Patinter, we believe that supporting the arts and culture is essential not only for personal enrichment but also for creating a more harmonious and motivating work environment.

Through initiatives like this, we reinforce our commitment to social and cultural responsibility, and we show that culture can be a powerful ally in building strong interpersonal relationships and developing a more united and motivated community."
